History:
The law firm of Mogel, Speidel, Bobb and Kershner recently celebrated its 140th year of continuously serving the greater Reading and Berks community as the area’s oldest law firm. Current shareholders are Frederick R. Mogel, Stephen H. Price, Sean J. O’Brien, Andrew S. George and Mark E. Zimmer. Other firm members are Edwin H. Kershner and Gene M. Venzke. Scott N. Jacobs, Aaron J. Bell and Jason A. Ulrich are associates. Gordon M. Mair and Kathryn K. Harenza are Of Counsel.

2008 Summary:
Mogel, Speidel, Bobb and Kershner celebrated its 140th anniversary in 2008, and continued its presence in the community with local offices in Womelsdorf and Robesonia in addition to its main Reading office. In March, Jason A. Ulrich joined the firm as Associate Attorney. Mr. Ulrich practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law, general civil litigation, corporate and municipal law. Mr. Ulrich was formerly the Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable President Judge, Kenneth W. Seamans, 34th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Highlights included growth of its client base and diversity of its clients, expanded community involvement and a new community-oriented legal resource section on their web site.

2009 Expectations:
The law firm of Mogel, Speidel, Bobb and Kershner expects to continue to expand its client base in the greater Reading and Berks community and offer localized support and convenient hours in their county offices.
