History:
For over 140 years, the law firm of Mogel, Speidel, Bobb and Kershner has continuously served the greater Reading and Berks community as the area's oldest law firm. Current shareholders are Frederick R. Mogel, Stephen H. Price, Sean J. O'Brien, Andrew S. George and Mark E. Zimmer. Edwin H. Kershner is also a firm member. Scott N. Jacobs, Aaron J. Bell, Jason A. Ulrich and Jesse A. Kammerdeiner are associates. Gordon M. Mair and Kathryn K. Harenza are Of Counsel.

2009 Summary:
Mogel, Speidel, Bobb and Kershner celebrated its 141st anniversary in 2009 and continued its presence in the community with local offices in Womelsdorf and Robesonia in addition to its main office in Reading. Members of the firm continued their community involvement with a myriad of projects which it supports both personally and financially. In March, 2008, Jason A. Ulrich joined the firm as Associate Attorney. Mr. Ulrich was formerly the Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable President Judge, Kenneth W. Seamans, 34th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. In October, 2009, Jesse A. Kammerdeiner joined the firm as Associate Attorney. Mr. Kammerdeiner was formerly a legal intern with the Southern Coalition for Social Justice in Durham, NC, and a legal assistant and law clerk with the firm of Armstrong & Armstrong, in Smithfield, NC. Both Mr. Ulrich and Mr. Kammerdeiner practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law, general civil litigation, corporate and municipal law. Firm highlights included growth of its client base and diversity of its clients, expanded community involvement and a new community-oriented legal resource section on their web site.

2010 Expectations:
The law firm of Mogel, Speidel, Bobb and Kershner expects to continue to expand its client base in the greater Reading and Berks community as well as offer localized support and convenient hours through its county offices and enhanced community support.
