Edwin H. Kershner

Edwin H. Kershner Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, October 17, 1936, Mr. Kershner is a lifelong resident of Berks County, having graduated in 1954 from Womelsdorf High School. He was awarded a B.A. in 1958 by Wesleyan University and an LL.B. in 1961 by the University of Virginia. He was admitted to the bar in 1961. He is a past president of the Berks County Bar Association. Mr. Kershner maintains a Womelsdorf office on Wednesday afternoons and evenings, and he practices primarily in the areas of estate and trust administration and planning, business and real estate law. Mr. Kershner is an AV rated attorney and resides in Wyomissing.

Frederick R. Mogel

Frederick R. Mogel Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, March 16, 1955, Mr. Mogel is a lifelong resident of Berks County. He was awarded a B.A. in 1977 by Syracuse University and a J.D. in 1980 by the Delaware Law School at Widener University (now Widener University School of Law). He was admitted to the bar in 1980. Mr. Mogel practices primarily in the areas of family law, residential and commercial real estate law, mortgage foreclosure, zoning and municipal law. Mr. Mogel is an AV rated attorney.

Mr. Mogel was President of the Berks County Bar Association in 2003, and he is also a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations' Family Law Sections. Mr. Mogel is Solicitor to the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry and current member of the statewide Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Joint State Government Commission Task Force on Real Property. He formerly served as President of both the Young Lawyers Division of the Berks County Bar Association and the Endlich Law Club. Mr. Mogel is President of the Atonement Lutheran Church Council and serves on the board of the RiverPlace Development Corporation. Mr. Mogel was the former President of the Wyomissing Area Education Foundation as well as former President of the Family Guidance Center. He resides with his family in Wyomissing.

Stephen H. Price

Stephen H. Price Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, February 18, 1962, Mr. Price graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1984 with a B.A. in Government. He was awarded a J.D. in 1990 by The Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in 1990. Mr. Price is active in local clubs and is a member of the Wernersville Borough Council. Mr. Price practices in the areas of general civil litigation, municipal law, real property and probate.

Mr. Price currently serves on the YMCA corporate and Central Branch boards. He previously served on the boards of the American Red Cross and the Spanish Speaking Council of Reading & Berks County. Mr. Price lives with his family in Wernersville.

Sean J. O'Brien

Sean J. O'Brien Born in Utica, New York, January 17, 1970, Mr. O'Brien graduated from Central Catholic High School, Reading, Pennsylvania, in 1988. He was awarded a B.S. in 1992 from Bloomsburg University and a J.D. in 1995 from Widener University School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in 1995. Mr. O'Brien practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, general corporate, commercial and family law. Mr. O'Brien maintains a Womelsdorf office on Wednesday afternoons and evenings.

Mr. O'Brien is a past recipient of the President's Award for Service from the Berks County Bar Association. He has served as Committee Chair for the Berks County Bar Association's Law Day, and he currently serves on the Womelsdorf Library Capital Committee. Mr. O'Brien resides with his family in Wernersville.

Andrew S. George

Andrew S. George Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, September 18, 1971, Mr. George graduated from Conrad Weiser High School, Robesonia, Pennsylvania, in 1989. He was awarded a B.A. in 1993 from Muhlenberg College and a J.D. with honors in 1998 from Widener University School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in 1999. Mr. George practices in the areas of general corporate, real estate, municipal, estate planning and administration and family law. Mr. George maintains a Robesonia office on Tuesday evenings.

Mr. George serves as a board member of the Conrad Weiser Football Alumni Association and Small Steps Scholarship Committee. He is Vice President of the Robesonia Swimming Pool Association and on the Finance Committee of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Robesonia. Mr. George has also served on the board of Berks Talkline and as a football coach for the Conrad Weiser Area School District. He resides with his family in Wernersville.

Mark E. Zimmer

Mark E. Zimmer Born in Rochester, New York, October 29, 1973, Mr. Zimmer graduated magna cum laude from Cabrini College in 1996 with a B.A. in Psychology and in 1998 graduated from Temple University with an M. Ed. in Counseling Psychology. In 2001, Mr. Zimmer was awarded a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October, 2001, and the New Jersey Bar in November, 2001. He practices in the areas of family law including divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse and adoption, general litigation and estate planning. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania, Mr. Zimmer is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Zimmer is a court appointed custody mediator and a civil litigation arbitrator. He is a member and current Co-Chair of the Berks County Bar family law section. Mr. Zimmer serves on the board of the Family Guidance Center, and he is also the former Chair of the Western District Berks County Republican Committee. He resides with his family in Spring Township.

Gene M. Venzke

Gene M. Venzke Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, November 27, 1944, Mr. Venzke is a lifelong resident of Berks County, having graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1963. He earned a B.S. in Economics in 1967 from Villanova University and a J.D. in 1973 from Duquesne University after having served in the U.S. Army from 1969 through 1971, including a tour in Vietnam. He was admitted to the Bar in 1973. Mr. Venzke has served on the Board of Directors for the Berks County Bar Association. Mr. Venzke practices in the area of general civil law with an emphasis in wills, estates, real estate, business, collections, zoning, subdivision and municipal law, while acting as Solicitor for numerous municipal zoning hearing boards.

Mr. Venzke is involved with the Exeter Lions Club and has served on their board. He has been involved with the Central Berks Lions Club, and continues to donate his time to the Reading Area Firefighters Museum and Southern Berks E.M.S. Mr. Venzke resides with his wife in Limekiln.

Scott N. Jacobs

Scott N. Jacobs Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, September 25, 1974, Mr. Jacobs graduated from California State University, Chico, in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science. He was awarded a J.D. in 2004 by Albany Law School. He was admitted to the Bar in 2005. Mr. Jacobs practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law, general civil litigation, corporate and municipal law.

Mr. Jacobs is an adjunct professor with Alvernia College, teaching legal classes for the Business Department. He previously served on the board of the Lawyer Referral Service for the Community Legal Information Center in Chico, California. Mr. Jacobs is a past volunteer with the Charlotte Housing Improvement Program and several Albany awareness campaigns to prevent domestic violence. Mr. Jacobs lives in Shoemakersville.

Aaron J. Bell

Aaron J. Bell Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, August 9, 1978, Mr. Bell graduated from Penn State University, in 2000 with a B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations. He was awarded a J.D. in 2003 from Widener University School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October, 2003. Mr. Bell practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law, general civil litigation, corporate and municipal law.

Mr. Bell was most recently an Assistant District Attorney in the Berks County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Bell was a guest judge for the 2007 Pennsylvania Mock Trial Competition, and he is involved with the Youth Aid Panel in Exeter. Mr. Bell resides with his wife in Reading.

Jason A. Ulrich

Jason A. Ulrich Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, September 3, 1980, Mr. Ulrich graduated from Penn State University, in 2003 with a B.A. in Political Science and History. He was awarded a J.D. in 2006 from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Ulrich was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in May, 2007. Mr. Ulrich was formerly the Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable President Judge, Kenneth W. Seamans, 34th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Ulrich is involved with the Susquehanna County Animal Shelter, and he resides in Shillington.
